Návrh postupu svařování součásti závodního automobilu za účelem minimální deformace

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na deformace při svařování a opatření, která vedou k jejich snížení. V teoretické části je popsán vznik deformací a rozbor opatření vedoucí k minimalizaci těchto vad. Praktická část práce se vztahuje k soutěžnímu automobilu ŠKODA Fabia R5, na jehož karoserii jsou zkoumány deformace v oblasti tunelu. Na základě analýzy současného stavu výroby byl stanoven nový postup svařování, který zaručuje zmírnění deformací.

This bachelor thesis is focused on deformations during welding, and methods which causes their reduction. The theoretical part is about the rise of such deformations and about the analysis of arrangements for their minimisation. The experimental part is based on a ŠKODA Fabia R5 rally car, on which bodywork are deformations analyzed at tunnel section. Based on analysis of actual conditions of fabrication new process of welding were set, which ensure the minimisation of deformation.
