Problematika použití tunelovací metody Drill and Blast

Abstract

Tato práce přináší komplexní popis používání tunelovací metody Drill and Blast. Jednotlivé oblasti této problematiky nejprve popisuje obecně a následně podrobně ukazuje na konkrétním příkladu stavby tunelového projektu Vollas v norském Kongsbergu. Do hloubky se věnuje nejmodernějším přístupům a používání nových technologií a to především 3D scanningu, používání emulzní trhaviny a teorii klíčových bloků horniny. Dále na základě dat, které autor osobně sbíral v průběhu ražeb na zmíněném projektu, podává rozbor jednotlivých faktorů ovlivňujících ražbu a kvalitu záběrů a snaží se ukázat, které faktory hrají největší roli při optimalizaci postupu prací.

This thesis brings complex description of using Drill and Blast tunnelling method. First it describes the main topics of this issue in general and then it shows them on real tunnel project of Vollas tunnel near Norwegian Kongsberg. It describes modern methods such as 3D scanning, application of emulsion explosives and using of Keyblock theory in details. Further it brings analysis of all factors which influence the quality of one blast step and shows which of them play the main role in optimalization of work progress. This analysis is based on data which were personally collected by the author during the excavations on the mentioned tunnel project.
