Význam mezinárodního standardu výměr IPMS pro stavební a provozní praxi

Abstract

První část práce se zabývá prostorem a pohledu na něj z různých úhlů. Druhá část práce se zabývá obecně benchmarkingem a benchmarkingem s pohledu ČSN EN 15221 Facility management - Část 7: Směrnice pro benchmarking. Třetí část se zabývá Mezinárodními standardy měření ploch nemovitostí: Administrativní budovy (International Property Measurement Standards : Office Buildings) a jejich porovnání se standardy používaným v České republice a Evropské unii - tedy s ČSN EN 15221 Facility management - Část 6 : Měření ploch a prostorů ve facility managementu a s projekční praxí tedy s platnými stavebními předpisy. Obecné porovnání praktikuji na vybraném půdorysu.

The first part of the thesis deals with the space and the view of it from different angles. The second part deals with general benchmarking and benchmarking from the perspective of ČSN EN 15221 Facility Management - Part 7: Guidelines for Performance Benchmarking. The third part deals with International Standards of Measurement Standards: Office Buildings and their comparison with standards used in the Czech Republic and the European Union - with ČSN EN 15221 Facility Management - Part 6: Area and Space Measurement in Facility Management and design practice with applicable building regulations. The general comparison is practiced on the selected floor plan.
