Implementace strategického plánu podniku pomocí Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na implementaci strategického plánu pomocí metody Balance Scorecard (BSC) v minipivovaru Koníček. V první části této práce jsem definoval teoretická východiska dané problematiky. Následně jsem provedl analýzu prostředí podniku a naformuloval strategický plán, který má dosáhnout stanovených cílů. Strategický plán jsem transformoval do krátkodobých priorit a následně implementoval nástroji BSC. Výsledkem práce je přesně daný postup, jak dosáhnout strategických cílů pomocí metody BSC.

The master thesis is focusing on the implementation of the strategic plan with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method in a mini brewery Koníček. In the first part, the theoretical basis of the BSC method is described. In the next chapter, the enterprise analysis was carried out and a strategic plan which should help to reach the goals of the enterprise was formulated. The strategic plan was transformed into short-term priorities and implemented with the BSC method tools. The result of the thesis is a detailed procedure describing how to reach the strategic goals with the BSC method.
