Studie proveditelnosti pro konkrétní operační program

Abstract

V této diplomové práci se autor zabývá zpracováním studie proveditelnosti pro Operační program Podnikání a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost - Úspory energie, výzva II. Teoretická část je zaměřena na projektové řízení a dotační problematiku. Popsány jsou i strukturální fondy EU a definovány pojmy z oblasti energetiky a úsporných technologií. Praktická část pak obsahuje samotnou studii proveditelnosti, která vychází ze skutečného projektu. Dále obsahuje také užitečné informace týkající se podání žádosti a specifik dané výzvy. Výsledkem práce je studie proveditelnosti, která se přikládá jako jedna z mnoha příloh k žádosti o dotaci. Z finanční analýzy vyplývá, že by se investice bez dotace nevyplatila, což naplňuje důvod existence dotací na úsporná opatření.

In this diploma thesis, the author deals with the elaboration of a feasibility study for the Operational Program Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness - Energy Saving, Call II. The theoretical part is focused on project management and subsidy issues. The EU Structural Funds are also described and the terms and concepts of energy and economical technologies are defined. The practical part contains the feasibility study itself, which is based on a real project. It also provides useful information on the application and the specifics of the call. The result of the work is a feasibility study, which is one of many annexes to the grant (subsidy) application. The financial analysis shows that the investment would not be paid out without the subsidy. This fact fulfills the reason for the existence of subsidies for economic measures.
