Vývoj a současnost organizačních struktur společností

Abstract

V práci jsou zpracovány informace z odborné literatury týkající se problematiky organizačních struktur, především pak jejich vývojem a použitím v současné době. Teoretická část je rozdělená na tři části. První část teoretické práce se věnuje základním vymezením pojmů, druhá část vývoji organizačních struktur a jejich trendům a třetí část konkrétním běžným a moderním typům organizačních struktur. V rámci první části praktické části práce byly vybrány dva strojírenské podniky, u kterých byla porovnána organizační struktura. V druhé části praktické práce byly mezi sebou porovnány AMS s divizionální organizační strukturou, fraktální s maticovou organizační strukturou. Výsledky porovnání jsou uvedeny v závěru práce.

This thesis processes information from specialized literature concerning organizational structures, specifically about their development and present use. Theoretical section contains three subparts, first subpart deals with definitions of special terms used in defining organizational structures, second subpart sums up the development of organizational structures and their current trends and third deals with conventional and modern organizational structures. The first part of the practical section contains a comparison of organizational structures between two chosen mechanical engineering companies. Second part then discusses differences of AMS versus the divisive organizational structure and fractal versus matrix organizational structure. The comparison results are presented at the end of the paper.
