Návrh hodnocení investice v podniku Aero Vodochody

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na hodnocení investice ve firmě AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE a.s. V první polovině práce se věnuji komplexnímu popisu problematiky vzniku, hodnocení a financování investic v předinvestiční fázi. V této části především uvádím nejdůležitější metody hodnocení investic a problematiky stanovení peněžních toků pro výpočet efektivnosti investice. V druhé polovině práce, tj. praktické části se věnuji zpracování konkrétní obnovovací investice Creno ve firmě AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE a.s. za pomoci vybraných metod hodnocení a zpracování citlivostní analýzy.

I focuse on the assesment of investment in the enterprise AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE Plc in my bachelor thesis. In the first half of my thesis I deal with a comprehensive description of the issue of the establishment, evaluation and financing of investments in the pre-investing phase. In this section, I present in particular the most important methods of assessing investments and determining cash flow for calculating the effectiveness of the investment. In the second half of the thesis, ie the practical part, I am dealing with the specific renovation investment of Creno in AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE Plc using selected methods of evaluation and processing of sensitivity analysis.
