Braník - území ledáren a pivovaru

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je urbanisticko - architektonická studie zástavby jihozápadní části katastrálního území Praha 4, Braník. Obsahem předdiplomního projektu jsou průzkumy, analýzy a následný návrh studie zástavby, kde jsou zohledněny prostorové a funkční vztahy v rámci tohoto přestavbového území, a to včetně nového funkčního využití průmyslových areálů ledáren a pivovaru. Součástí diplomního projektu je potom detailnější návrh konverze a dostavby areálu bývalých ledáren s řešením přilehlého parteru náměstí a obchodní ulice. Návrh ukazuje jedno z možných řešení dostavby a využití území ve vazbě na břeh řeky Vltavy s důrazem na prostupnost území. Součástí výsledného návrhu je výběr městského mobiliáře, osvětlení, povrchů, parterové zeleně, řešení dopravy v klidu a inženýrské infrastruktury.

The aim of this diploma thesis is an urban - architectural study proposal for the redevelopment of southwestern part of cadastral area Prague 4, Braník. Content of the first part of the project include research, analysis and a final proposal of an urban structure for the area development. There are space and functional relationships applied within this redevelopment including new function use of the industrial areas of the ice factory and brewery. The diploma thesis focuses on more detailed conversion proposal of the former ice factory area including the surrounding urban space of the square and shopping street. This proposal is one of the possible solutions how to deal with the completion and with the land use in connection with the Vltava river bank enabling the pedestrians to go through. Part of the project is a selection of the urban furniture, lighting, surfaces, landscape design, parking and the technical infrastructure.
