Finanční analýza stavebního podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování finanční analýzy stavební společnosti HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. a porovnání vývoje firmy v kontextu trhu a konkurence. Profil a historie společnosti je obsahem první kapitoly. V její další části je zpracována obchodní analýza společnosti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. v letech 2005-2015 s důrazem na vyhodnocení výkonnosti podniku. Třetí kapitola zachycuje vývoj českého stavebního trhu v letech 2005-2015. Vývoj stavebního trhu byl významně poznamenán globální ekonomickou krizí v letech 2008-2013, která výrazně změnila podmínky na trhu z pohledu objemu stavební výroby a konkurence. Porovnání vývoje společnosti HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. s konkurencí (TOP 10 stavebních firem dle roku 2015) je zpracována ve čtvrté kapitole.

The objective of the diploma thesis is a financial analysis of the construction company HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. and comparison of development of the company in the market and competition context. Profile and history of the company can be found in the first chapter. The following parts comprise a business analysis of the company. The second chapter deals with a financial analysis of HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. in 2005-2015 with a focus on evaluation of the company's performance. The third chapter describes development of the Czech construction market in 2005-2015. Development of the construction market was significantly affected by the global economic crisis in 2008-2013, which considerably changed the market conditions in terms of the building production and competition. A comparison of development of HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. with competitors (TOP 10 construction companies in 2015) is elaborated in the fourth chapter.
