Stavebně technologický projekt bytového domu v Praze-Uhříněvsi

Abstract

Autor se v práci zabývá návrhem simulace stavby bytového domu v Praze 10, Uhříněvsi. Autor řeší prostorovou strukturu projektu, zejména návrh rozdělení jednotlivých objektů a technologických etap. V řešení technologické a časové struktury za pomoci softwaru CONTEC vytváří mimo jiné technologický rozbor, harmonogram a časoprostorový graf. Součástí výstupu je kontrolní a zkušební plán, environmentální plán a plán rizik BOZP. Autor navrhuje a dimenzuje také zařízení staveniště pro různé etapy výstavby.

Author deals with desing of construction simulation of apartment building in Prague 10, Uhrineves. Author desings spatial structure of the construction project, especially desing of construction objects and technological phases. With assistance of CONTEC software author makes technological list and analysis of processes, time schedule and spatio-temporal chart as a part of technological and time structure solution. There is also plan of controls and tests, enviromental plan and health and safety plan as a part of output. Author designs the building site facilities in periods of the different technological phases.
