Komunikace a organizace práce v distančních týmech

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá prací na dálku, konkrétně komunikací a organizací práce v distančních týmech. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část poskytuje ucelený pohled na komunikační kanály, které lze u práce na dálku využívat, a cesty, jak efektivně přidělovat práci. Současně se zajímá o techniky řízení a roli manažera v distančních týmech. Praktická část potom hledá řešení k uspokojení budoucích potřeb nové organizační struktury v oblasti komunikace a organizace práce v konkrétním podniku, která je plánována s vizí práce na dálku. Řešení se zakládá na nestrukturovaných rozhovorech s majitelem společnosti. Jako malá pomůcka slouží strukturovaný dotazník, který vyplnilo několik respondentů aktuálně pracujících na dálku. Cílem práce je navržení systému komunikace a organizace práce v distančním týmu pro efektivní spolupráci a seznámení s moderními přístupy v oblasti řízení lidí pracujících na dálku. V závěru práce se nachází zhodnocení vytvořeného řešení a další doporučení podniku pro jeho implementaci.

This bachelor thesis explores the concept of teleworking and is focused on communication and work organisation in remote teams. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of communication channels, which could be used for purposes of teleworking, and ways how to effectively assign work. Furthermore, it explores management techniques and a manager's role in remote teams. The practical part seeks a solution for meeting the needs of a future organisational structure in the field of communication and organisation, which is planned with a vision of remote work. The proposed solution is based on unstructured interviews with the organisation's owner and a structured questionnaire completed by respondents currently working remotely. The aim of the thesis is to design a system of communication and work organisation in a distance team for an efficient cooperation and to introduce some of the modern approaches to remote management. The final part of the thesis presents a comprehensive overview of the suggested solution with further recommendations for its implementation.
