Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problém personální retence v nejmenované společnosti. V práci jsou detailně vysvětleny pojmy fluktuace a personální retence, příčiny, důsledky, měření těchto jevů a řešení. Praktická část se věnuje analýze primárních dat získaných z výpočtu personální retence a tržeb podniku. Je vypočítán mocninný regresní model, který ukazuje závislost těchto dvou proměnných. Na základě výpočtu a odhadu jsou navrženy nástroje personální retence, které mají za cíl snížit fluktuaci zaměstnanců a zvýšit personální retenci.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the personnel retention problems within an unnamed company. There are detailed explanations of the concepts of the employee fluctuation and personnel retention. This inc-ludes the causes, consequences and measurements of both the con-cepts and the solutions. The practical part is devoted to the data collec-ted, regarding the calculations of personnel retention and the sales data of the company. The calculations are made using a power regression model, which highlights the dependence of these two variables. Based on the calculation and estimation, tools have been designed to help with the retention of staff, which will reduce staff turnover, thus increasing the retention of personnel.
