Předmětem této práce je porovnání rozdílů ve správě nemovitosti a facility managementu a dále zaměření na komunikaci společnosti provozující facility management a zákazníka žádající si jeho služby. Jak společnost vyhodnocuje svojí práci a co dělat pro to, aby zákazník byl spokojený se službou. Jaké metody společnosti nejčastěji používají a jak nakládají se sběrem informací.
