Finanční analýza podniku VVV Most, spol.s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti VVV Most, spol. s r. o. V teoretické části práce jsou definované podklady pro finanční analýzu, její uživatelé a je popsán její praktický přínos. Následně jsou popsané vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy. Praktická část je rozdělená do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je představená společnost VVV Most spol. s r. o. Následně je charakterizován chemický a strojírenský průmysl České republiky, ve které tato společnost působí. Dále jsou aplikovány vybrané nástroje finanční analýzy na základě dat z rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty veřejně dostupných na www.justice.cz. Bylo analyzováno období 2012-2015. Výsledkem práce je celkové zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti VVV Most, s. r. o. a doporučení pro zefektivnění finančního řízení podniku.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of VVV Most company. In the theoretical part defined background for the financial analysis, it's users and also practical contribution. Subsequently, there are described selected financial indicators. The practical part is divided into three main chapters. In the first chapter the company VVVV Most is presented. In the second chapter there are characterized chemical and engineering industry of the Czech Republic where this company operates. Thereafter, selected financial tools are applied on the basis of balance sheet, profit and loss data publicly, which are available on www.justice.cz. The analysed period is 2012 - 20150. The result of the thesis is an overall assessment of the financial situation of the VVV Most company, as well as recommendations for streamlining the financial management of the company.
