Metodika kaizen a její využití v praxi

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu využívaných principů kaizen ve vybraném podniku a popis jejich účinností. Teoretická část práce obsahuje souhrnný popis předem zvolených principů, které vybraná společnost do určité míry využívá, jejich charakteristiku a případné podmínky pro zavedení do podniku. Praktická část bakalářské práce pomocí výzkumného šetření popisuje stupeň implementace zavedených principů. Dále se praktická část práce orientuje na proces certifikace vedoucích pracovníků a pomocí dotazníkového šetření dává možnost nahlédnout na jejich postoj k certifikaci. Závěr práce obsahuje hodnocení využití implementovaných principů a návrhy na možná zlepšení.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of used kaizen principles in selected company and description of their effectiveness. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a summary description of pre-selected principles, which the selected company uses to a certain extent, their characteristics and possible conditions for introduction into the company. The practical part of the bachelor thesis by means of a research survey describes the degree of implementation of established principles. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the process of certification of executives and gives the opportunity to inspect their attitude towards certification through a questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of the implementation of implemented principles and suggestions for possible improvements.
