Závěrečné vyhodnocení stavebního projektu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením stavebního projektu výstavby bytového komplexu v Praze od fáze nabídkové přípravy, úspěšného získání zakázky a podpisu Smlouvy o Dílo přes výstavbu až po závěrečné porovnání plánu a skutečnosti. Je provedeno porovnání časového a nákladového plánu vybraných oblastí v různých fázích výstavby. U časového porovnání je hodnoceno dodržení celkové lhůty výstavby, splnění smluvních milníků dle podepsané Smlouvy o Dílo a jejich dopad do nákladů zhotovitele, u nákladového porovnání je pomocí Matice nákladů výstupem plánovaný zisk, rozdíl mezi skutečným a plánovaným nákladem a skutečný zisk/ztráta. Výsledkem práce je potom shrnutí hlavních nedostatků projektu a navržená opatření pro poučení se z vlastních chyb.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the construction project for the construction of the residential complex in Prague from the stage of the tender preparation, the successful acquisition of the contract and the signing of the Works Contract through construction to the final comparison of the plan and reality. The result of the work is then a summary of the main shortcomings of the Project and proposed measures to learn from own mistakes.
