Abstract

Cílem bakalářská práce je identifikovat a popsat probíhající procesy a jejich činnosti, které jsou nezbytné pro efektivní fungování cestovní kanceláře. Provést jejich analýzu a zpracovat návrh na další produkt a jeho ekonomický propočet, včetně vhodných ukazatelů výkonnosti a obsahu provozních rozpočtů a kalkulačního vzorce pro řízení výkonů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První je teoretická, která obsahuje cíl, úkol, obsah, popis podniku, analýzu problému a relevantní teorii. Druhá část je praktická, která obsahuje návrh řešení, nový produkt, doporučení k implementaci a shrnutí.

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to identify and describe the ongoing processes and their functions which are necessary for the effective running of the travel agency. I have analyzed them, elaborated a plan for a new product and made it's cost estimate calculations, including the index of performance, the operating budget and calculating formula of performance management. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The first theoretical section contains the description of the goal of the thesis, description of the company, analysis of the issue and the relevant theoretical information. The second section is practical. It contains the solution proposal - new product, implementation suggestions and a conclusion which is devoted to a summary of the results and a proposal for an optimal solution.
