Finanční řízení stavebního podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnovaná tématu finančního řízení stavebního podniku. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány úkoly, cíle a rizika působící na finanční management, následně je vysvětleno i podnikové účetnictví, controlling a také relevantní metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část poté vychází z postupů zkoumaných v části teoretické. Nejprve jsou analyzovány informace obsažené v důležitých dokumentech sloužící nejen pro controlling ve velkém stavebním podniku, v tomto případě v Metrostavu a.s., ale následně je provedena také finanční analýza v rozsahu odpovídající teoretické části. Tyto dva kroky slouží jako výchozí zdroj dat pro návrh checklistu pro zajištění finanční udržitelnosti stavebního podniku, který je závěrem bakalářské práce.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to present the financial management of the construction company. In the theoretical part of this thesis first of all are described tasks, goals and also risks in the financial management, followed by descriptions of accounting, controlling and also relevant methods of the financial analysis. The practical part of this thesis is based on the principles examined in the theoretical part. First of all information in the important documents are used not only for controlling in the construction company, in this case Metrostav a.s., but are also analysed and then the methods of financial analysis are applied in the size described in the theoretical part. These two steps are the main source of data which are used to design the checklist for financial sustainability of the construction company.
