Statický projekt "Administrativní budova se služebními byty v areálu REALTORIA"

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá statickým řešením nosné konstrukce administrativní budovy. Cílem práce je návrh několika konstrukčních variant nosného systému. Pro předběžný a následný podrobný statický výpočet je vybraná varianta s křížem pnutou monolitickou stropní deskou podepřenou průvlaky. Na mezní stav únosnosti jsou navrženy tyto prvky: stropní deska, vnitřní sloup a průvlaky. U stropní desky je také následně ověřen mezní stav použitelnosti. Výstupem pro tuto variantu je výkres tvaru bednění a výkresy výztuže stropní desky a průvlaků. Dále je podrobně řešena zděná varianta konstrukčního systému s keramickým stropním systémem Porotherm. Na mezní stav únosnosti jsou posuzovány prvky: stropní systém, překlady, vnitřní a obvodová stěna. Výstupem je potom výkres skladby stropní konstrukce. Jako poslední, podrobněji řešená varianta je varianta z prefabrikovaných dílců. Posuzovanými prvky v tomto případě jsou předpjaté stropní panely, sloupy a průvlaky. Výstupem je výkres skladby stropní konstrukce. Všechny varianty jsou navrhovány pouze pro jedno typické podlaží, konkrétně 3.NP.

The bachelor thesis deals with the static solution of the supporting structure of the administrative building. The aim of the thesis is the design of several structural variants of the carrier system. For preliminary and subsequent detailed static calculation a variant with a cross-loaded monolithic ceiling slab supported is selected. The supporting structure consists of the following elements: ceiling slab, inner column and dies. In the case of the ceiling slab the limit state of usability is also verified. The output for this variant is a drawing of the molding shape and drawings of the reinforcement of the ceiling slab and beams. Further, the brick variant of the construction system with the pramic ceiling system Porotherm is further elaborated. The following elements are considered for the ultimate limit state: ceiling system, translations and walls. The output is a drawing of the structure of the ceiling construction. As the least more detailed variant is a variant of prefabricated parts. The elements considered in this case were prestressed ceiling panels, columns and beams. The output is a drawing of the roof of the structure. All variants are only designed for one typical floor, namely 3rd floor.
