Návrh proaktivních opatření v oblasti claim managementu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast Claim Managementu ve stavebnictví, zejména z pohledu generálního dodavatele. Pojednává o stále důležitější problematice v oblasti změn a z nich vznikajících nároků během celého průběhu stavebních projektů. Tato problematika se obvykle řeší již v průběhu přípravy a podávání nabídek stavebních prací, pokračuje v průběhu celého výstavbového procesu a končí finálním dokončením stavby, kdy je dodavateli stavby zaplacena celková cena za dílo a uplynula záruční doba. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou podrobněji sledovány různé druhy claimů, jejich rozpoznání a úspěšné řízení. Dále je navržen kontrolní seznam proaktivních opatření. Na konci této práce jsou zkoumány dva skutečné případy. Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor odborné literatury, doporučovaných řídících systémů a návrh proaktivních opatření.

This bachelor thesis focuses on Claim Management in the construction industry especially from the general contractor's scope of view. It deals with more important problematics in the area of changes and claims occurring during the whole construction project. Generally, these problematic situations start being solved already during the preparation of the contract and during bidding; continue throughout the whole construction process and end with the final completion when the contractor receives the entire contract price and the warranty expires. Different types of claims, their resolution and successful management are additionally studied in relevant chapters. Then the checklist of proactive measures is designed. Two cases studies have been analysed at the end of this thesis. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse professional literature, suggested managing systems and the design of proactive measures.
