Dopad změnových řízení na celkové náklady stavby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou změnových řízení během výstavby. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout opatření, aby se změnovým řízením předcházelo. V teoretické části byly vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se týkaly tématu, především claim management. V praktické části byla popsána stavba přeložky odlehčovací komory, porovnání původního a skutečného harmonogramu prací a rozpočtu. Byly vysvětleny změny, které během stavby nastaly a dopady těchto změn. Práce poukazuje na důležitost kontroly všech podkladů, které obdrží dodavatel od zadavatele, hlavně přepočítání všech položek ve výkazu výměr a překontrolování projektové dokumentace. Zadavateli naopak doporučuje dodávat kvalitně a přesně zpracované podklady a dělat si kontrolní rozpočet, aby mohl porovnávat jednotkové ceny prací a materiálu.The diploma thesis deals with questions of change orders during the construction. The aim of the diploma thesis was to suggest the measures to precede the change orders. In the theoretical part were explained the fundamental terms regarding the subject above all the claim management. In the practical part was described the construction of the relocation of the strom-water inlet, the comparing of the original with the real schedule of the operation and costing. They were explained the changes become during the construction and the effects of the changes on it. The thesis adverts to the importance of the supervision of data materials which the contractor gets from the sponsor - mainly the re-count all of the items in the statement and double-check of the contract documents. It is recommended to the sponsor to supply the good and exact work-out data materials and to make the check costing because of to have to compare the unit prices of the work and the material.
