Administrativní budovy pro státní instituce v hl. m. Praze

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice umístění státních institucí, které sídlí v hlavním městě Praze buď v budovách ve vlastnictví státu či jiné státní instituce, nebo v budovách pronajatých od soukromých subjektů. Práce se dále zabývá řešením problému vysokých nákladů státu či státních institucí spojených s pronájmem administrativních prostor a také nákladů vynaložených na provoz, opravu a údržbu vlastních budov. Je zde upozorněno na problém umístění zaměstnanců jedné státní instituce v několika různých budovách po celé Praze. V diplomové práci je uveden možný způsob řešení této problematiky pomocí dislokace zaměstnanců do jediné budovy. Také je zde hledáno optimální řešení pomocí porovnání nákladů současného stavu s náklady navrhovaného komplexu administrativních budov.

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the problematic of location of state institutions that are based in Prague, either in buildings in state ownership or any other state institution, or in buildings leased from private entities. The thesis also deals with the problem of high costs of state or state institutions related to lease of the office space and the cost of operating, repair and maintenance of their own buildings. There is highlighted the problem of placement of employees of a state institution in several different buildings throughout the Prague. In the thesis is presented a possible way of resolving this issue by dislocation of employees in a single building. This thesis is also focused on the search of optimal solutions by comparing of the current costs with the cost of the proposed complex of office buildings.
