Návrh opatření pro snížení provozních nákladů vybrané budovy

Abstract

Práce se zabývá opatření pro snížení provozních nákladů vybrané budovy. V teoretické části je soustředěn pohled na teorii facility managementu, life cycle cost budov a stručné vysvětlení nejnákladnějších technických zařízení budov. Praktická část je zaměřena na dvě vybrané budovy, kterými jsou Národní technická knihovna a Kongresové centrum Praha. Na základě získaných dat je u těchto budov provedeno srovnání nákladů na m3 obestavěného prostoru, m2 zastavěné a celkové plochy. Dále je analyzován Life Cycle Cost obou budov a je porovnán. Kongresové centrum Praha je budova zprovozněná roku 1981 a Národní technická knihovna roku 2009, proto je výsledek značně ovlivněn stářím obou budov, kde činní rozdíl 28let. V závěru je popsán vlastní návrh na opatření snížení nákladů pro provoz vybraných budov.

This thesis focuses on measures to reduce operating costs of the chosen building. The theoretical part mostly describes theory of facility management, building life cycle cost and briefly explans the most inefficient areas of HVAC. The practical part focuses on two selected buildings, which one of them is the National Technical Library and Prague Congress Center. Operating costs of these two buildings were compared based on gathered information raleted to enclosed area, floor area and total area. Life Cycle Cost of these two chosen buildings is also compared and evaluated. Outcome of this theses is affected due to quite different time period the Prague Congress Center and the National Technical Library were built in, the difference is as much as 28 years. Eventually, there is a proposal enclosed how to reduce the operating cost of the buildings mentioned above.
