Systém psychosociální intervence poskytované Hasičským záchranným sborem, Policí ČR a Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou.

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je přinést ucelený náhled na problematiku systému psychosociální intervence poskytované u Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, Policie České republiky a Zdravotnické záchranné služby. V teoretické části této práce jsou charakterizovány základní informace a terminologie týkající se oblasti poskytování psychosociální intervenční péče. Ve výzkumné části diplomové práce jsou vymezeny cíle a hypotézy práce, a je zde popsán výzkumný vzorek a metody zpracování získaných dat. Ve výzkumné části práce je provedena analýza pomocí anonymního nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření distribuovaného elektronicky mezi příslušníky Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, Policie České republiky a Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Následně je v této části práce provedena verifikace či falzifikace navržených hypotéz a v diskuzi diplomové práce je provedena komparace námi dosažených výsledků s výsledky výzkumu jiných autorů. Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění zájmu o poskytovanou službu v rámci systému psychosociální intervence poskytované u základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Získaná data jsou zpracována ve formě grafů a tabulek. V závěru práce jsou pak navrhovaná možná zlepšení v této oblasti.

The task of the thesis brings an integrated view of a problem of the psychosocial intervention system which is offered at Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, Police of the Czech Republic and Medical Rescue Service. In the theoretical part of this work these things are characterized as the basic information and a terminology of a subject which gives psychosocial intervention care. In the research sample part of the thesis there are demarcated objectives and hypothesis of the work. And there is described the research sample and the methods of processing data acquaisition. In the research part of the work the analysis done with a support of an annonymous unstandardized questionnaire which is distributed electrically with members of Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, Police of the Czech Republic and Medical Rescue Service. After this part of the work verification or falsification is carried out of the condemned hypothesis and in the discussion of the thesis The aim of this thesis is finding of interest in the provided service to the regards of the psychosocial system intervention which are provided in the basic services of the Intergrated Rescue System. Gained data are processed in the form of graphs and tables. At the end of the work there are proposed possible improvement in this area.
