Hodnocení posturální stability pacientů s využitím ukazatelů stability a kamerového systému záznamu pohybu hlavy a ramen

Abstract

Existuje předpoklad, že změna stoje i změna polohy hlavy a ramen v prostoru doprovází onemocnění či poruchy vestibulárního systému. Dosud ale není známo, zda při postižení vestibulárního ústrojí existuje měřitelná odchylka v rotačních pohybech, nezjistitelná prostým zrakem, která by systematicky korelovala s typem a stranou postižení. Cílem práce bylo provést výběr, otestování a aplikaci vhodných kvantitativních ukazatelů posturální stability hlavy a ramen, které byly založeny na kinematických datech pohybu měřených kamerovým systémem vyvinutým na FBMI v Kladně a umístěným ve FN Motole v Praze.

There is an assumption that the change in standing posture or the change of the position of head and shoulders is accompanied by diseases or disorders of the vestibular system. However, it is still not known whether there is a measurable variation of the rotational movement when a disability of vestibular organs is present, but is not detected with the naked eye, that would systematically correlate with the type and side of the disorder. The aim of this work is to select, test and apply appropriate quantitative indicators of postural stability of head and shoulders, which are based on the kinematic motion data measured by the camera system developed at the FBMI in Kladno and located in the University Hospital Motol in Prague.
