Psychická zátěž nelékařského zdravotnického personálu na záchranné službě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována psychické zátěži nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, se kterou se musí během své práce na záchranné službě vyrovnávat. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky a informace, které byly načerpány z dostupné literatury. Je zde nastíněna problematika fungování Rendez vous systému a nelékařského zdravotnického pracovníka, jako jeho nezbytné součásti.

This bachelor thesis deals with the psychological overload of the paramedical staff which they have to deal with during their work at the rescue service unit. The theoretical part contains findings and information from the accessible literature. The issues of Rendez vous system and paramedical staff as its indispensable component are described. Main attention is paid to the personality of a paramedic and to various types of overload which they are confronted with in their job and which have the biggest influence on their psyche and performance at work. The patological events are also desribed here which the paramedic can suffer as a consequence of insufficient care for mental and physical health. The psychosocial help and intervention to the affected individuals are outlined here too.
