Komparace kompetencí zdravotnického záchranáře ve státech Visegrádské čtyřky a Ruské federace

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je porovnání kompetencí zdravotnického záchranáře ve státech Visegrádské skupiny (Česká republika, Slovenská republika, Polská republika, Maďarská republika) a Ruské federace. V teoretické části se zabývám legislativně právními aspekty vzdělávání zdravotnických záchranářů a dalších zaměstnanců výjezdových skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby. Dále se zaměřuji na strukturu systémů poskytování přednemocniční péče ve jmenovaných zemích. V části praktické se věnuji komparaci kompetencí zdravotnických záchranářů a způsobu poskytování přednemocniční péče v daných zemích, kterou provedu analýzou zákonů a vyhlášek. Výsledky jsou prezentovány formou diskuse.

The subject of the thesis is a comparison of competences of a paramedic in the states of the Visegrad Group (the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Hungary) and the Russian Federation. The theoretical part deals with legislative and legal aspects of the training of paramedics and other employees of ambulance teams of emergency medical services. Then it is focused on the structure of systems providing pre-hospital care in the above mentioned countries. The practical part is devoted to a comparison of both, competences of paramedics and the way of providing pre-hospital care in these countries, which is done by analysing laws and decrees. The results are presented in the form of discussion
