Materiálové a technologické aspekty perspektivních vysokopevných ocelí pro aplikace v konstrukci dopravních prostředků

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá ocelemi používanými v konstrukci osobních automobilů, zejména ocelemi vysokopevnými. Cílem práce je teoreticky popsat oceli používané v automobilovém průmyslu, důkladněji popsat nejpoužívanější vysokopevnou ocel a u této oceli popsat povrchovou úpravu, technologii tepelného zpracování a změnu struktury při tepelném zpracování.

This bachelor's thesis deals with steels used in passenger car constructions, especially High-Strength-Steels. The main goal of this thesis a theoretical description of steel used in car industry with a focus on the desription of the most widely used High-Strength-Steel. Furthermore it tells about surfacing, heat treatment technology and structure modification process, happening during the heat treatment. Those items are described on an example of High-Strength-Steel.
