Určení rovinnosti desky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá určením rovinnosti desky pěti různými metodami měření. U prvních dvou metod byl použit digitální a optický nivelační přístroj. U zbylých třech byla použita prostorová polární metoda s manuálním a automatickým cílením na minihranol a manuálním cílením na odrazný štítek. Měřeno bylo ve dvou dnech v laboratoři na fakultě stavební ČVUT v Praze. V rámci práce bylo provedeno zaměření sto bodů desky ve dvou etapách. Přesnost jednotlivých metod byla stanovena z dvojího zaměření. V rámci zpracování byly naměřené hodnoty proloženy rovinou a z rozdílů odchylek od roviny byly znovu stanoveny přesnosti jednotlivých metod. Pro porovnání byly výsledky zaměření jednotlivých metod výškově srovnány pomocí robustního váženého průměru a zpracovány obdobně jako odchylky od proložené roviny.

This diploma thesis deals with the determination of flatness plate of five different methods of measurement. The first two methods were used digital levelling and optical levelling instrument. The remaining free measurements used the spatial polar method with manual and automatic targeting at precision prism and manual targeting at reflecting target. The measurements were per formed over two days in the laboratory at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Prague. For the purpose of the paper, hundred points of the plate were measured in two phases. The accuracy of each method was established on the basis of double measurement. When processing the measured values interspersed a plane and out of the differences between the deviations from the plane the accuracy of each method was re-established. For comparison the results of different methods measurements were compared in terms of height using robust weighted average, and treated similarly as deviations from the fitted plane.
