Povolování rekonstrukce kašny v obci Úsobí

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je návrh postupu podle stavebního zákona při získávání povolení rekonstrukce kašny v obci Úsobí. Teoretická část práce uvádí potřebnou legislativu pro povolování staveb. Podstatnou částí je zjištění, zda se jedná o kulturní památku, k čemuž se váže i historie obce a kašny samotné, uvedená v praktické části. Pro jednání se stavebním úřadem je potřeba navrhnout technické řešení rekonstrukce kašny. Pro rozhodnutí obce, zda je v jejích možnostech rekonstrukci zafinancovat, je důležitou informací výše nákladů. Ve věci financování bude nutno zjistit možné způsoby zdrojů prostředků. Tyto informace jsou obsaženy v praktické části.

The subject of this work is to design the process according to the Construction Act in obtaining permits for reconstruction of the fountain in the village Úsobí. The theoretical part provides the necessary legislation for licensing structures. A substantial part is to determine whether it is a cultural monument, which is also related to the history of the village and the fountain itself, mentioned in the practical part. For dealing with building authority is required to engineer the reconstruction of the fountain. For the decision of the village, whether it is in its capabilities to finance the reconstruction, the amount of cost is the most important information. In the matter of the financing will be necessary to identify possible ways of funding sources. This information is contained in the practical part.
