| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je popsat teoretické přístupy k organizování, typologii organizačních struktur a s tím spojeným managementem změny. Tyto poznatky jsou využity v praktické části zaměřené na organizační strukturu firmy Lasvit. Na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci jsou zhodnoceny provedené organizační změny a navržena opatření, která by mohla být v současné situaci pro firmu přínosná. | cze |

Described facts are applied in practical part of the thesis focused on organizational structure of Lasvit company. The organizational changes in the company are evaluated according to data from employee survey and, based on results, measurements that can be helpful in current situation are suggested. | eng |
