Vliv druhu stavebního materiálu na konečnou cenu stavebního objektu

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je posouzení vlivu druhu stavebního materiálu na konečnou cenu stavebního objektu. Jedná se jednopodlažní rodinný dům, který se nachází v Sušici v Plzeňském kraji. V teoretické části jsou popsané používané druhy nášlapných vrstev podlah a skladby obvodových konstrukcí. Praktická část se zabývá druhy podlahových materiálů, variantami obvodových konstrukcí a možnostmi jejich použití v řešeném objektu. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení jednotlivých možností aplikace z pohledu ceny, která následně ovlivní konečnou cenu stavebního objektu.

Theme bachelor thesis is to assess the impact of the building material to the final cost of the building. This is a detached house located in Sušice in Pilsner region. In the theoretical part are described used types of wear layer floors and the composition of perimeter structure. The practical part deals with the kinds of flooring materials and variants of walling unit of perimeter structure and possibilities of their usage in the building. The aim is to evaluate the various application possibilities in terms of prices, which in turn affects the final cost of the building.
