Spolupráce středních škol a soukromého sektoru

Abstract

Cílem práce je zjištění a posouzení přínosu v současnosti probíhající spolupráce mezi středními průmyslovými školami stavebními a soukromým sektorem ve stavebnictví. Podrobně se práce zabývá porovnáním různých druhů spolupráce, především tedy z pohledu jejich přínosu jednotlivým zúčastněným stranám. Hlavním cílem je zjistit názory a postoje učitelů i žáků na současnou spolupráci, co je pro ně atraktivní, co méně a co považují za přínosné. Zjistit zda a jak může motivovat soukromý sektor žáky středních škol k lepším výkonům při studiu, přispět k vyšší odborné vzdělanosti a zvýšit jejich zájem o studovaný obor. Může soukromý sektor učitelům pomoci ukázat žákům důležitost mezipředmětové vazby, nebo propojit učivo s praktickými zkušenostmi? Práce je členěna do dvou částí. V první, teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy motivace, motivační úloha, mezipředmětová vazba, praxe, stavebnictví a jsou uvedena základní pravidla tvorby dotazníků. Dále jsou v teoretické části podrobně popsány druhy spoluprací, které v současnosti fungují na středních školách. Druhá, empirická část se zabývá porovnáním uvedených příkladů spolupráce středních škol a soukromého sektoru. Dále jsou v druhé části popsány a diskutovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření o současné spolupráci u žáků a u učitelů a na základě vyplývajícího přínosu i doporučení do budoucna pro jednotlivé zúčastněné strany.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate benefits of the current status of interaction between technical colleges for civil engineering and private sector. The study is focused on comparison of different types of cooperation, mainly from the point of view of their benefit for participating parties. The main goal is to observe the attitudes of teachers and students on current cooperation, what is attractive, what less and what they consider as valuable. To establish if and how the private sector can encourage the college students to improve their study performance, to contribute to increase of expert knowledge and to promote their interest in studied branch. Can the private sector help the teachers to show the importance of interdisciplinary approach to students or to link the curriculum with practical experience? The thesis is divided into two sections. The first, theoretical section defines the terms - motivation, the role of motivation, interdisciplinary approach, practical experience, civil engineering and there are listed major rules for questionnaire compilation. Furthermore, there are described in details types of cooperation running nowadays at colleges. The second, empirical section is focused on comparison of selected examples of cooperation of colleges and private sector. There are described and discussed the results of questionnaire investigation among students and teachers on current cooperation and on the base of arising benefits as well recommendations for participating parties for future.
