Analýza finanční výkonnosti v podniku Interiér Říčany a.s.

Abstract

Tato práce provádí analýzu finanční výkonnosti v podniku Interiér Říčany, a. s. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat retrospektivní i aktuální situaci v daném podniku a navrhnout případná řešení pro zlepšení situace v rozebírané problematice. Zaměřil jsem se především na výpočet jednotlivých poměrových ukazatelů a jejich porovnání. Je zde proveden Du Pontův rozklad k zjištění faktorů příčin konkrétního vývoje. V závěru jsou vypočteny bankrotní modely pro zjištění finančního zdraví podniku. Z rozboru výsledků je možné nalézt jednotlivé nedostatky a navrhnout na základě teoretických znalostí možné řešení.

This bachelor thesis carries out the analysis of the financial performance of the company Interiér Říčany, a. s. The aim is to analyze retrospective and current situation of the company and to propose possible solutions to improve the situation of studied problems. I focused mainly on the calculation of individual indicators and their comparison. There is also carried out Du Pont decomposition to determine factors which cause specific development. At the end of the thesis, there are calculated bankruptcy models to determine the financial health of the company. An analysis of the results can be found various shortcomings and propose on the basis of theoretical knowledge possible solutions.
