Řízení pohledávek

Abstract

Obsahem mé bakalářské práce je komplexní činnost řízení pohledávek. V teoretické části popisuji postup, jak předejít vzniku rizikových pohledávek, resp. minimalizování jejich počtu. Blíže uvádím, jaké informace by si měl věřitel, zastupující roli dodavatele, zjistit o novém dlužníkovi, coby odběrateli, a kde tyto informace lze najít. Dále specifikuji některé finanční ukazatele, které by měly být součástí preventivní části řízení pohledávek. V části monitoringu se zabývám evidencí a kontrolou pohledávek, v kapitole vymáhání se zabývám procesem mimosoudním a různými alternativy soudního vymáhání. V poslední kapitole této části popisuji náklady, které vznikají v souvislosti s řízením pohledávek. V praktické části se zabývám výzkumem, který má za cíl zjistit, zda firmy působící na českém trhu řídí pohledávky.

The content of my bachelor thesis is a complex activity - management of receivables. In the theoretical part I describe a process of preventing risky receivables or minimizing their quantity. In more detail I state which information should a creditor representing the role of a supplier ascertain about the new debtor as a customer and where can such information be found. Further I specify some of the financial indicators which should be components of the preventive part of the management of receivables. In the part of monitoring I deal with record keeping and controlling of the receivables. In the chapter of collection I concern myself with out-of-court and other alternative kinds of collections. In the last chapter of this section I describe costs which arise in the connection with the management of receivables. In the practical part of my thesis I apply myself to the research which aims to determine whether the companies operation on the Czech market manage their financial claims.
