Motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců v podniku

Abstract

Tato práce řeší téma motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců v podniku. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje a vysvětluje pojetí motivace a spokojenosti v obecné rovině i pracovním prostředí. Praktická část bakalářské práce navazuje na teoretickou část. V řešení bylo použito metody dotazníkového šetření doprovázené analýzou podnikových dokumentů a e-mailovou komunikací s vedoucí personálního oddělení. Šetření ukazuje současný stav úrovně motivace a spokojenosti dělníků v průmyslovém podniku. Na základě získaných informací bylo navrženo doporučení na zlepšení pracovní motivace a spokojenosti dělníků v podniku.

This thesis describes the topic of motivation and satisfaction of employees in the enterprise. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines and explains the interpretation of motivation and satisfaction in general and in the work environment. The practical part of bachelor thesis follows the theoretical part. The analysis of company documents, e-mail communication with a head of human resources and questionnaires were used to demonstrate the current situation of work motivation and satisfaction in the enterprise. On the basis of the information received it was proposed the way of improving work motivation and satisfaction of employees in the enterprise.
