Vnější bariéry tvořivosti v práci učitele

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se s oporou o analýzu odborné literatury zabývá problematikou tvořivosti v práci učitele a bariérami, které tuto tvořivost limitují. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že moderní společnost charakterizovaná stále výraznějšími společenskými, ekonomickými a techno-logickými změnami, musí stavět na vysoké flexibilitě člověka a na jeho schopnosti rychle si osvojovat a tvořivě uplatňovat nové poznatky. Učitelé jsou skrze své žáky významnými činiteli budoucího rozvoje společnosti. Právě dnešní tvořivost učitelů je rozhodujícím faktorem pro efektivitu společnosti v budoucnosti. Je proto nutné definovat a eliminovat bariéry, které tvořivost učitelů negativně ovlivňují. Empirické šetření zkoumá, jaké bariéry omezují tvořivost učitelů a s jakou intenzitou učitelé tyto bariéry pociťují.

The bachelor thesis addresses the issues of creativity in the teacher's work and the barriers that limit the teacher's creativity with the support of an analysis of scientific literature. The work is based on the premise that modern society, characterized by increasing level of significant social, economic and technological changes, must build upon the high flexibility of people and their ability to quickly develop and creatively apply new knowledge. Teachers are, through their students, important players in the future development of the society. The current teacher's creativity is the key factor in the effectiveness of our society in the future. It is necessary to define and eliminate the barriers that negatively affect the teacher's creativity. The empirical study examines which barriers limit the teacher's creativity, and intensity of these barriers felt by teachers.
