Mezilidské vztahy na pracovišti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vztahů na pracovišti. Cílem práce je představit základní pojmy související se vztahy na pracovišti, z čeho vychází hodnocení vztahů, které faktory na ně mají vliv. Dále chci přiblížit, co se na pracovišti děje, když vztahy nefungují, na základě čeho vznikají konflikty, a také, jaké mají důsledky a jak je řešit. Práce je zaměřena též na jednotlivé patologické jevy. Věnuje si také zlepšování vztahů na pracovišti a vyhýbání se nežádoucím vlivům. V praktické části se soustředím na vnímání atmosféry na pracovišti ze strany pracovníků, na to, jak jsou spokojeni se vztahy s kolegy, nadřízenými a zda se dostávají do konfliktů, jak často a z jakého důvodu.

This bachelor thesis is focused on interpersonal relations at the working place. The main objective is to introduce the basic concepts related to relations at the working place, what is the relation's evaluation based on and which factors influence them. Moreover, I want to explain what happens if the relations are not working, what are the main causes of the conflicts, what are the consequences of the conflicts and what are possible solutions. The thesis is also focused on particular pathological effects. It pays attention to improving the relations on the working place and avoiding the unwanted effects. In the practical part I focus on perception of the atmosphere from the employees' point of view, on how they are satisfied with relations with their colleagues and supervisors and whether they get into conflicts, how often and for what reason.
