Ekonomika budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ekonomiky budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Práce obsahuje definice, podíl budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie v domovním fondu a porovnávání nákladů na jejich pořízení a provoz vzhledem k ostatní obytné výstavbě.

Definice budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie vychází z evropské a národní legislativy. Analýzou stavebního fondu je zjištěno zastoupení a možnosti rozšíření těchto budov. Je stanoven model pro porovnávání nákladů na výstavbu a provoz budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie.

Výsledkem práce je analýza legislativy související s budovami s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie, zjištění podílu nové nízkoenergetické výstavby na trhu, který činí v České republice přibližně 4% ročně. Dalšími výsledky jsou vypočítání a namodelování nákladů během životního cyklu budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie a jeho srovnání s ostatní obytnou výstavbou. Zjištěná data se mohou využít pro optimalizaci výše nákladů na novou nízkoenergetickou výstavbu a na její provoz.

The thesis deals with the topic of the economy of nearly zero-energy buildings. The thesis includes definitions, the share of nearly zero-energy buildings in the housing stock and compares the cost of their acquisition and operation relative to other types of residential construction.

The definition of nearly zero-energy buildings comes from the European and national legislation. By analysing the building stock, the share and the options of the expansion of these buildings were found out. A model is established to compare the costs of construction and operation of nearly zero-energy buildings.

The result of the thesis is the analysis of the legislation related to nearly zero-energy buildings and finding the share of the new low-energy construction market, which is approximately 4% per annum in the Czech Republic. The other results of the thesis are calculated and modelled costs spent during the life cycle of nearly zero-energy buildings and their comparison with other residential buildings. The observed data can be used to optimize the cost of the new low-energy buildings and their operation.
