Abstract

Optimalizace energií administrativní budovy a aplikace tohoto tématu na konkrétním příkladu administrativní budovy je v současné době velmi aktuální téma. Práce se tedy především zabývá výpočtem návrhových tepelných ztrát budovy, potřebou tepla pro vytápění a pro ohřev teplé vody, návrhem topného zdroje a následným porovnáním alternativ topných zdrojů z hlediska efektivity a financí. Teoretická část obsahuje popis problematiky energetické náročnosti budov a základní pojmy týkající se této problematiky dle dostupných informací a podkladů.

The optimization of the energy of the administrative buildings and the application of this theme to the specific example of the office building is currently a very hot topic. The work is therefore mainly deals with the calculation of the design heat loss of the building, the need of heat for heating and for hot water heating, design of heating sources and the subsequent comparison of alternatives fuel sources in terms of efficiency and finance. The theoretical part contains a description of the issue the energy performance of buildings and the basic concepts regarding this issue according to the available information and evidence.
