Ekonomika úspor energie v nerezidenčním sektoru

Abstract

Nerezidenční sektor je nedostatečně prozkoumán, a zároveň v něm chybějí informace. V sektoru nebytových budov je významný potenciál úspor energie a nákladů, který je zapotřebí rozčlenit a specifikovat. Hlavní myšlenkou diplomové práce je vypočítat a odhadnout potenciál úspor energie a především nákladů na provoz nerezidenčních budov. Společně s hlavní myšlenkou je cílem práce nerezidenční sektor rozdělit do kategorií podle využití a podkategorií podle vlastníků. Pomocí výpočtů a odhadů specifikovat možné úspory v jednotlivých kategoriích. V diplomové práci je analyzováno několik studií zaměřených na nerezidenční sektor a jeho části. Výpočty potenciálu úspor jsou zaměřeny na terciální sektor. Výsledky přinášejí informace o nedostatcích dat a chybějících studiích. Je stanoven potenciál úspor energie, měrných nákladů na provoz budovy a potřebné investice k dosažení úspor.

The non-residential sector is not explored enough and there's also missing information about it. In non-residential sector is significant potential for energy and cost savings, which is needed to sort through and specify. The main idea of this thesis is calculate and estimate potential energy savings especially the costs of operating buildings. The non-residential sector is divided into categories according to use and subcategories according to the owners. Specify possible savings in each category by calculating and estimation. There's analyzed several studies dealing with residential sector and its parts. Calculations of the potential savings are focused on the tertiary sector. The results provide information about the shortage of data and missing studies. It is determined potential energy savings, specific costs for building operation and the investment needed to achieve the savings.
