Individuální kalkulace nákladů vybraných nosných položek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá individuální kalkulací nákladů vybraných nosných položek. Položky byly vybrány z rozpočtu stavby Rekonstrukce autobusové čekárny Jihlavská 1841, umístěné v Havlíčkově Brodě. Cílem je zjistit tržní ceny položek, ovlivněných umístěním stavby, a porovnat je s cenami směrnými. Rozdílnost se nehledá jenom ve výsledných cenách za jednotku, ale i v jednotlivých nákladech kalkulačního vzorce. Směrné ceny byly převzaty od dvou tvůrců českých cenových soustav, kterými jsou společnosti ÚRS, a.s. a RTS, a.s.

The bachelor thesis deals with the individual cost calculation of the selected relevant items. The items were selected from the budget of the project Reconstruction of bus station Jihlavská 1841 situated in Havlíčkův Brod. The aim of the thesis is to determine market prices of the selected items with regard to location of the construction, and to compare the market prices with the guide ones. The difference is not only defined according to the total price per unit but also according to the particular costs of calculation formula. The guide prices were taken over from the companies ÚRS, Inc. and RTS, Inc., both of them creators of Czech price system.
