Vliv certifikace budovy na její celkové náklady

Abstract

Diplomová práce zabývající se certifikací staveb je inspirována udržitelným rozvojem, který propojuje environmentální, sociální a ekonomické aspekty. V úvodu je popsána energetická certifikace staveb a následně certifikace udržitelnosti budov. Praktická část je zaměřena na certifikaci konkrétního bytového domu systémem SBToolCZ, který stavbu hodnotí podle čtyř skupin kritérií. V závěru je posouzen vliv této certifikace na celkové náklady stavby.

This thesis dealing with certification of buildings is inspired by sustainable development, which links environmental, social and economic aspects. The introduction describes the energy certification of buildings and subsequently sustainability certification of buildings. The practical part is focused on a specific residential building certification system SBToolCZ which assesses the building according to the four groups of criteria. In conclusion, the assessment of the impact of certification on the total construction cost has been concluded.
