Analýza možností implementace BIM z pohledu inženýringu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá definicí a vysvětlení BIM, dále definicí a vysvětlením inženýringu. Součástí teoretické části práce je vysvětlení současné legislativní situace povolování staveb. Práce obsahuje popis jednotlivých správních řízení, včetně časového vyjádření. Vzhledem k velké rychlosti vývoje BIM ve světě je cílem diplomové práce zachycení současného stavu využívání BIM přístupu při navrhování i správě budov a zejména objasnění možnosti využití BIM modelu při získávání stavebního povolení u státní správy. V diplomové práci jde o srovnání zemí, které již BIM nějakým způsobem implementovaly, přičemž Česká republika se může z tohoto poučit. V České republice byl zkoumán formou dotazníku pohled zaměstnanců státní správy na BIM projekty. Praktické zkušenosti s inženýringem jsou konfrontovány s požadavky na zavádění BIM do České legislativy. Na práci by bylo jistě vhodné navázat zkoumáním ochoty zavádění BIM u státní samosprávy.

This thesis in theoretical part focuses on definitions and explanation of BIM, also definitions and explanation of engineering. The thesis in theoretical part explains current legislative situation in building permits. The work contains a description of the administrative procedures including time concept. Since throughout the world, the concept of BIM is evolving at a high pace, the aim of this thesis is to capture the current state of how BIM is used when designing and administering buildings. The thesis aims at comparing the countries where BIM has already been in one way or another implemented, a comparison which could be highly instructive for the Czech Republic. In the Czech Republic, the viewpoint of civil servants on BIM was analyzed by the means of question-forms. Real-life experience with engineering is confronted with the demands to include BIM in the Czech legislation. A suitable follow-up to this thesis would be an analysis of the willingness to implement BIM in the local administration.
