Finanční zdroje na přípravu a realizaci dálničních staveb

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá výstavbou dálnic v České republice a především dálnicí D3. Obsahuje členění pozemních komunikací, legislativní rámec a financování dálnic. Uvádí historii, současnost a výhled. Ve větší podrobnosti je cílena na dálnici D3. V aplikační části jsou řešeny jednotlivé úseky dálnice D3 a jejich stav výstavby včetně volby tras. Zároveň jsou v aplikační části uvedena rizika, která mohou nastat při přípravě výstavby dálnic a jejich eliminace.

This thesis deals with the construction of motorways in the Czech Republic and especially highway D3. It contains a breakdown of roads , the legislative framework and the financing of highways. It indicates the history, present and future outlook . In greater detail it focuses on the highway D3. How the application of the individual sections of D3 are designed and their state of development including choice of routes . There are also risks listed in the application part, that may occur during the preparation for construction of highways and their elimination.
