Technicko-hospodářské ukazatele pro teplovody trubní

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením technicko-hospodářských ukazatelů pro horkovodní a teplovodní sítě a řády s použitím ocelových a předizolovaných potrubí. Ukazatele slouží ke stanovení nákladů na realizaci díla a vychází z již realizovaných staveb. V první části je popsáno teplárenství, zásobování teplem a tepelné sítě. Jsou popsány jednotlivé materiály, které se pro horkovody a teplovody používají. U materiálů jsou uvedeny jejich výhody a nevýhody a možnosti použití. Druhá část práce popisuje způsoby oceňování staveb a podrobněji se věnuje technicko-hospodářským ukazatelům. Další část práce se zabývá vytvořením konkrétních technicko-hospodářských ukazatelů pro generální opravy horkovodních sítí a pro nově budované horkovodní řády. Jako podklady jsou použity technické popisy a specifikace cen realizovaných staveb v Moravskoslezském a Olomouckém kraji.

This work is about creation of technical and economic indicators for heat pipes systems, using steel and pre-insulated pipes. The indicators are used to determine the cost of implementation. The indicators are based on dates of already completed buildings. The first part describes heating industry, heat supply and heating network. In next charter are described materials for heat pipes. For single materials are given their advantages and disadvantages and applications. The second part describes ways of evaluation structures and in details is dedicated to the technical and economic indicators. Another part deals with the creation of specific technical and economic indicators for the general repairs of heat pipes and for newly constructed heat pipes. For creation of indicators are used technical descriptions and specifications of prices from realized buildings in the Moravian-Silesian regions and Olomouc regions.
