Návrh reportingu a tvorba prognózy pro operativní řízení sportovně-společenského resortu

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh reportingu a tvorba prognózy pro operativní řízení sportovně - společenského resortu. Práce obsahuje relevantní teorie k problematikám reportingu a metodám prognózování, na které navazuje praktická část diplomové práce, jejímž obsahem je analýza stávající situace resortu a následný návrh řešení a vyhodnocení přínosů. Cílem práce je navrhnout takový systém reportingu, který by řídícím pracovníkům přinášel objektivní informace o provozně-ekonomickém stavu resortu, na základě kterých by měli usnadněnou funkci rozhodování. Neposledním cílem je navrhnout pomocí statistických metod prognózu návštěvnosti resortu na stanovené období.

The topic of this thesis is a proposal of reporting and creation of prognosis for the operational management of sport-social resort. The thesis includes relevant theories related to the issue of reporting and prognosis methods which are followed by the practical part of the thesis. The subject of the practical part is the analysis of the current situation of the sector and subsequently, the design of solutions and evaluation of their benefits. The objective of the thesis is proposal of such a reporting system that will provide the managers with objective information about operational and economic state of the sector. The decision making of the managers equipped with this new system should be facilitated considerably. Another aim of this thesis is to create, by means of statistical methods, an attendance prognosis of the resort in a specified period of time.
