Měření parametrů televizních kamer

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem metodiky měření televizních kamer s ohledem na potřeby České televize. Tato organizace je mezi ostatními tuzemskými televizemi největším subjektem se specifickými finančními a technickými možnostmi. Mezi ně patří útvar videoinženýringu, který vlastní vybavení k měření parametrů televizních kamer. Pracovní postupy a metodika práce v této oblasti jsou detailně pozorovány s důrazem na kompatibilitu s normami a doporučeními organizací ITU (International Telecommunication Union) a EBU (European Broadcasting Union). V případě nevyhovující metodiky je upřesněn či navržen nový postup. Navržená metodika je prakticky realizována na různých modelech televizních kamer a je obecně platná i mimo půdu České televize.

The objective of this master thesis is to design a methodology for measurement of the TV cameras parameters with regards to requirements stated by Czech Television. The organization is the largest subject among Czech broadcasting companies with its specific facilities such as department of video-engineering. The department is beside other processes, responsible for measuring the specific parameters of the TV cameras. Working procedures and methodology of such measurements are closely observed and critically compared to standards and recommendations by ITU (International Telecommunication Union) and EBU (European Broadcasting Union). In cases of inappropriate methodology, this thesis offers new specifications or an entirely new procedure. The newly designed methodology is implemented in the process and verified on different models of TV cameras. Moreover, this methodology of measurement is possible to apply widely.
