Politika Evropské unie na poli Smart Grids

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o technologii Smart Metering a Smart Grids a jejich využití v elektroenergetickém odvětví v rámci Evropské unie. Nejprve popisuje historii i současný stav v tomto oboru a porovnává je s možným stavem po začlenění uvedených nových technologií, které zároveň konkrétně definuje. Další kapitola je věnována legislativnímu rámci Evropské unie pro tyto nové technologie, tedy popisu konkrétních směrnic a ustanovení a jejich začlenění do elektroenergetické politiky EU. V návaznosti na technické i legislativní řešení probíraných technologií práce pokračuje rozborem a vyhodnocením současného i budoucího stavu jejich zavádění v konkrétních vybraných zemích Evropské unie včetně ČR. Práce končí praktickým příkladem uvažované realizace na konkrétním úseku sítě NN v distribuční síti společnosti E.ON Distribuce, a.s., tedy technickým i ekonomickým zhodnocením zavedení Smart Grids v jejich současném stavu.

This master thesis discusses Smart Metering and Smart Grids technologies and their use in the energy sector of the European Union. First, thesis describes history and current situation in this field and compares it to the possible state after integration of these new technologies. In this part can be also found detailed definition of these technologies. Next chapter is devoted to legislative framework of the European Union for these new technologies; there is description of specific directives and regulations and their integration into energy policy of EU. The following chapter continues with analysis and evaluation of current and future implementation of these technologies into chosen member states of the European Union, including the Czech Republic (technical & legislative progress). This thesis ends with a practical example of implementation in a particular LV distribution grid of E.ON Distribuce, a.s. provider - a technical and economic evaluation of Smart Grids deployment in their current state.
