Analýza konceptu Smart Cities

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou konceptu Smart Cities s cílem ekonomického zhodnocení konkrétního projektu v rámci chytré Koncepce hl. m. Prahy Smart Prague do roku 2030. Komplexní analýza konceptu Smart Cities poté zahrnuje úvod do samotné problematiky konceptu, popisuje jeho základní strukturu, metodiku pro tvorbu jednotlivých chytrých konceptů na území ČR i způsoby jeho hodnocení. Práce dále definuje i dílčí strategické oblasti tohoto konceptu, kdy u každé této oblasti uvádí konkrétní příklady realizace příslušných chytrých technologií dané oblasti, díky kterým jsou tyto chytré koncepty naplňovány. Pro demonstraci implementace tohoto konceptu v České republice pak byla vybrána Koncepce hl. m. Prahy Smart Prague do roku 2030, která byla následně dle vhodných hodnotících ukazatelů porovnána s chytrými koncepcemi měst jako je Vídeň, Barcelona či Amsterdam. Praktická část této diplomové práce poté cílí na oblast chytrého veřejného osvětlení, kdy byl vytvořen jakýsi projektový manuál, definující postup pro implementaci a hodnocení efektivnosti projektů tohoto typu a následně i cenový přehled jednotlivých chytrých technologií souvisejících s touto oblastí. Na závěr byla provedena ekonomická analýza projektu chytrého veřejného osvětlení pod záštitou Koncepce Smart Prague, jejímž účelem mělo být zhodnocení jeho ekonomické efektivnosti a posouzení vhodnosti jeho další možné implementace na území hl. m. Prahy.This Master´s thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the Smart Cities concept with the aim of economic evaluation of a specific project within the Smart Concept of the City of Prague Smart Prague by 2030. The comprehensive analysis of the Smart Cities concept then includes an introduction to the Smart Cities concept itself, describes its basic structure, methodology for creating individual smart concepts in the Czech Republic and the ways of its evaluation. The work also defines the sub-strategic areas of this concept, where each of these areas gives concrete examples of implementation of the respective smart technologies in the area, thanks to which these smart concepts are fulfilled. In order to demonstrate the implementation of this concept in the Czech Republic, the Concept of the Capital City of Prague City of Prague Smart Prague until 2030 was chosen, which was then compared to smart city concepts such as Vienna, Barcelona or Amsterdam according to appropriate evaluation indicators. The practical part of this thesis then focuses on the field of smart public lighting, when a project manual was created, defining the procedure for the implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of projects of this type and subsequently the price overview of each smart technology related to this area. Finally, an economic analysis of the Smart Public Lighting project under the auspices of the Smart Prague Concept was carried out.
